Expired Account Invitation

If your account invitation has expired, here’s what you need to know and do:

  • Understanding Expired Invitations

    • Account invitations expire 24 hours after they are sent. If you try to use an expired invitation, you won’t be able to complete the signup process.
  • What to Do Next

    • If your invitation has expired, you will need to request a new one. You can do this by selecting the Resend Invite option as seen below:
    • Make sure to select the latest invite in your inbox to set up your account.
