Notification Received with No Documents on the Dashboard

If you received a notification that a document had been assigned to you, but later found that it was no longer on your dashboard, here’s what you need to know:

  • Why Did the Document Disappear from My Dashboard?

    • This situation can occur if the document was reassigned to another person after you received the notification. The initial assignment may have been intended for your review, but if someone else was designated as the reviewer or responsible party, the document would be moved from your dashboard.
  • What to Do Next

    • Check the Warrant Notes tab to find out what exactly happened. You can do this by:
      • Locating the document using the Document Search feature.
      • Once you are viewing the document, navigate to the Warrant Notes tab to see a complete history of the document's Lifecyle.
    • From here, you can reach out to the drafting user for clarification.
