Document Disappeared from My Dashboard

If a document has been removed from your dashboard after you sent it to the next person in the workflow, here’s why:

  • Reason for Removal

    • Once you send a document you did not initially create to the next individual in the workflow, it is automatically removed from your dashboard to help keep your workspace organized. This allows you to focus on the documents that require your immediate attention.
  • Finding the Document

    • Even though the document is no longer visible on your dashboard, you can still access it through the "Search Documents" tab. This allows you to easily locate any document you’ve worked on or sent.
